The Heart of PepsiCo is its people. The company decided it was time to bring more attention to its many award programs and bring them under one umbrella. The branding for the program took on many forms: video, event graphics, printed collateral, and web. The visual identity I created was based around a pattern that could be sliced and diced into many different forms.
