→ Aa a leader in certified pre-owned tech, Gazelle provides affordable options for savvy shoppers backed by a guarantee. They needed to update their look to appeal to a modern audience while instilling a sense of trustworthiness that the old brand just didn’t have. Throughout, the concept of giving people choice — in their purchases and the devices they use, and also how they live their life — became a driving force.

We captured the positioning of the brand through an overarching creative concept called Uncommon Value that helps to guide the work, creating a consistent expression of our look and feel throughout every touchpoint.

The system of imagery uses a highly flexible system of studio portraiture mixed with candid shots of people living their best lives, and layered with UI elements to help connect their unique stories to Gazelle’s offerings.

To bring it all to life, I helped develop thematic messaging that would tie the campaign together. The phrase “FIND YOUR THING” works both as a simple call to action for their products, as well as a rallying cry to live life your own way.
